This website (www.openpex.ai) and the openPEX™ service are provided by Conmetis AG, Gotthardstrasse 26, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

2. What information we collect
We collect the information you provide through our forms, and limited technical information created automatically when you visit the site.
Information you give us
When you submit the briefing form or the webinar registration form, we collect:
- your name;
- your business email address;
- your company or fund name;
- for briefing requests: an estimated asset-portfolio range;
- for webinar registrations: your role (optional) and the session you selected;
- whether you opted in to receive further updates (marketing consent).
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and operation of the site.
- Fonts. All typefaces are hosted directly on our own server. No font data is requested from third-party font services, and no information is transmitted to them.
- Cookies. This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Marketing communications
We send confirmations and requested information regardless of marketing consent, because they are necessary to handle your request. We send promotional updates only if you actively opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting request@openpex.ai. This does not affect confirmations relating to a request you have made.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers where necessary to process your request and operate our services, including:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) — website hosting and email delivery;
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Our site and email are hosted in Switzerland. If you contact us from the United States, the European Union, or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in Switzerland, which is recognised by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where we use providers in other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU/EEA and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP; residents of certain U.S. states (for example California) have rights under applicable state law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) of form data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This website is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown above.
